Dr. Hasan and Shemeka were great! Friendly, professional and very proficient. I had two cavities filled and they made it as painless as possible. They were also very great about explaining everything to me and going over my options on what I needed done.

Dr. Tomita Jackson-George gave me back my smile. I am 52 years old and I have seen many dentist. But today, I feel like a winner. This wonderful lady gave me back something I had lost. She gave me back self-esteem as well. I no longer feel like people are looking at my missing tooth instead of me. There is no better feeling than being able to find the right doctor for you. And let's not forget about her staff. They are God's helping Angels here on Earth. If you want a professional team that is family oriented, then look no further. If it wasn't for my dear sweet friend Diann, I wouldn't be able to experience my latest blessing. Thank you JESUS, Husband, Diann, and Dr. George.

For the last decade, my family has enjoyed our association with Great Mills Family Dental. Our dental care has been right for us and the professional treatments appropriate. We trust the dental professionals, and our dentist Dr. Jackson-George, with our dental health and enjoy the caring, friendly, personable atmosphere.

The front office staff at this office is not a customer service oriented staff. I have a problem with receiving an invoice that does not even belong to me. I called yesterday and was told someone one call me back since the local office was closed on Mondays. Nobody ever called so I called back this afternoon (Tuesday) at 1:30 PM. The girl answering the phones told me the two women I need to speak with are busy with other customers. I said I would hold on the line but the girl told me I could not and she would hang up on me if I remained on the line. This staff needs proper customer service training. Maybe my family needs to hang up on this dental practice.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. They made the experience as painless as possible. They even took me earlier than my scheduled appointment and were willing to work with my lack of insurance and low income. I will be using them again in the future.
