My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Hawkins for a lot of years now. Our experience has been great. We come for our semi-annual cleanings and the occasional issue related to fillings, seals, and getting teeth pulled. Dr. Hawkins makes us feel welcomed and she takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. I would recommend Dr. Hawkins to anyone that is looking for a talented dentist that will treat your family really well.

Dr. Hawkins and team are simply amazing! I have had the best experiences with them! They treat me more then just another patient. I feel welcomed from the moment I walk in. Everyone has a smile on their face. Would recommend this office to any and EVERY ONE!

She is an amazing dentist. I normally need valium just to walk in the door. She was kind, patient, and listened to me. She did not dismiss my fears. For the first time in my life I'm actually going to see the same dentist twice.

Worst experience in my life, don't now how I am going to recover to find a new dentist. I left there in tears and not tears from work being done but from tears of utter and completely shock of how can this doctor be so cruel. My appointment was for a teeth cleaning and what I received was hell. Bottom line, if your a new patient be careful here. They were almost happy to let me leave the office without my cleaning nor my aching tooth fixed and informing me that they will be mailing me the bill which will be the amount that my insurance company doesn't pay and I am responsible to pay even after I reminded them that NO SERVICE were rendered. I don't know if it was my insurance (good insurance for major work) that caused my situation to grow from a teeth cleaning and maybe a cavity on the problematic tooth to no teeth cleaning and no willingness to fix anything or if they were overcome with fear in the office for almost causing me to pass out by having me positioned in the chair almost upside down so they could probe my teeth again, need to check to see if I was charged twice for that one. I called the office a few hours later to inform them I was going to give them this review as well as put my experience on social media at the suggestion of a friendly oral surgeons advice, if they had any concerns of me doing this they could call me. Never received that phone call either. Oh and their xray machine isn't the one where you stand and it goes around your head and within less than a minute all your xrays are completed. OH no, their xray machine is a job in of itself, it is the kind where she puts 18 little plastic cubes, one by one in your mouth and walks out of the room, hits the button to do the xray and comes back takes that one out and inserts another for 18 times. Following me? So long that I needed to schedule a second appointment as not to be late getting back to the office. I didn't nor would I of complained about the xray machine but in this situation that only adds to my frustration. I have been to the dentist where it takes less than a minute to get your entire mouth xrayed. So I also need to make sure they don't try to charge me for 2 visits because the 2 visits where because of the time it took 45 mins or more just to xray my mouth
