I absolutely love Great Wok. The ladies at the counter ALWAYS get my order right. The cook is consistent!  I never have to worry about going home with the wrong food. The only issue I have is the place opening at 4p on Saturdays! I'd like to eat my usual sesame chicken right after work on Saturdays but I cannot stand to wait so long for them to open! Delicious food, great staff, reasonable prices!

Staff was friendly but the food fell well below average. We ordered the house special fried rice, orange beef, and shrimp with lobster sauce. The fried rice barely had any ingredients in it (quantity wise, crack an extra egg or throw in another handful of onions, peas, etc.) the orange beef was crispy but it tasted like they just dipped it in sweet and sour sauce. No orange flavor at all. The fried rice that came with that meal had absolutely nothing in it whatsoever it was just brown rice. And the shrimp with lobster sauce was literally egg drop soup with shrimp and vegetables in it. I understand that there is difference between an actual dine in restaurant and these fast food caryout establishments but this place needs to seriously raise their standards.

Been a regular take out customer since this store opened in Mooresville.  Well worth the visit every single time we order from there.  Mia is the friendliest person we've encountered in a restaurant environment and we appreciate the food and service provided.   Keep up the good work!

I like the food but am struggling with the customer service. Several weeks ago my son called and placed an order for me to pick up but they didn't believe it was a genuine order so it wasn't ready when I got there after a very busy day (ie. takeout). I decided to give them another chance and just called to place another carry out order and get a voicemail saying "We're busy. Call back." I probably won't try again.
