Cozy atmosphere, but inconsistent food and service. Sometimes the employees are great, sometimes they're AWFUL. Sometimes the food is pretty good (depending on what you get), at other times it is downright inedible. My favorite is when you get a combo of awful and inedible. It's happened often enough that I will not be coming back to this location, especially since Mooresville has a lot more to offer food-wise.

The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. It can be extremely  busy on weekends. The food is great especially the sandwiches. Try the sweet tea. The only down side is it can be quite expensive.

Good food and fast service. Haven't had any issues with this location. They usually get the orders right the first time. I hate they did away with the mashed potatoes, but the sweet tea makes up for it!

-Horrible!!!!!!. Not even going to talk about the employees that just say "I don't know" to questions on the menu, ask someone else, which does not give you an answer either. Ordered a spud which is what my lady wanted, "no spuds", we get broccoli Cheddar soup, mac n cheese, and a salad to be safe as couldn't get answer about menu. WORST BROC CHEDDER EVER. both of us had to spit it out.!! burnt and chunky! the fork wouldn't even sink lol. Mac was meh and salad was fine. ALL THIS WOULD BE FINE BUT... they asked if everything was alright, which nicely I let them know how it was. I was told by manager "WELL SORRY IT IS BECAUSE ITS LATER IN NIGHT". we could only laugh once we got to the door to see they were open for 
almost 3 more hours HAHAHA.  I was simply taking the loss as I would normally do. but just trying to spare someone else the pain.

Food was over cooked. Gave extra stars for customer service. The folks working the registers were great.
