Wonderful place for children so much fun but I would recommend going to get your own food outside of great wolf lodge it would taste better. The elevators in the middle needs serious emergency maintenance. They are very old and takes a long time to get one to open. Some elevators do not work or open at all. Housekeeping did not bring us more tissue and our light in our room went out as well. If those issues get fixed they would be awesome and I still recommend great wolf lodge to all families

Place is focused around family enjoyment with special attention towards kids. Loose Moose has good food. Its buffet style for breakfast. Made to order omelets are available. Service can be improved, and they do make it a priority to help you have a great experience.

OK this is my first time at Great Wolf Lodge. I must say, I am impressed. They have a little nitch here and they know how to use it. It's like a little Disney Land. They know how to cater to the kids. They have all of these activities to keep the kids busy and entertained. Now, it's not cheap!!! They make their money there. Especially the food. But you can get your money's worth if you plan ahead a little. I saw a lot of people bringing in groceries.  So you can save some money if you bring your own food and eat in your room. Anyway, nice place. A Little pricey, but you can make it worth it.

We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it. We loved the scavenger hunts and activities they have for the kids. The water park was awesome and the birthday boy had a blast. Though I do agree with others to go out for food because the food is okay and more choices out of the resort. Our room was nice nothing special we didn't get a theme room this time but more than likely will next time.  Staff was friendly and I didn't have any issues with them when I had questions. It's a wonderful place for families .  I was checked in at 1 and received an email that my room was ready and checked out automatically.  I received an email confirming everything so I only needed to get my wrist bands at check in [fast and easy] plus the wrist bands were still good to enjoy the water park all day after checking out.

This was our second stay at great Wolf Lodge. My kids (4 & 3) had a great time. The water park was lots fun. The rooms are nice and spacious, but there beds are a bit uncomfortable. When we arrived our room was not ready, but this is was expected since we arrived 2 hours before check-in time. The told me they would text and email when the room was ready. I received niether and had to check with the 3 hours later to find out that our room had been ready for awhile. The food is average, I recommend bring as much with you as you can. Or leaving the resort for dinner. Over all I would recommend the resort to anyone with kids that wants a vacation that is all about the kids.
