ID LEAVE 0 STARS IF I COULD !!!!! This place is horrible and should be shut down IMMEDIATELY!! The things they are doing are ILLEGAL.  CJ Raychel, who is a NURSING ASSISTANT prescribed my medicine and is NOT A DOCTOR!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

THIS CLINIC IS A JOKE! There is a ma named CJ Raychel who is prescribing medicine ILLEGALLY and is not even and MD.  He is a horrible person.  DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!! IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN A LONG TIME AGO

I waited in the exam room for 2 hours.  I have never been treated so disrespectful in my entire life.  I  agree this is a horrible place.  Only my second visit, n I don't know if I'll go back I need to find out how to file a complaint because I am determined to do so.

This place doesn't deserve one star!! This is a ghetto, dirty, despicable DUMP!!! When u use the bathroom someone has to give u tissue. Then u have to hang your purse on the hanger outside the bathroom. U CAN NOT TAKE IT WITH U!!! It's a lot of crazy people in there crack heads and all. Do not go there just keep driving! They treat u like ur in jail.
