I have been banking with GNCU for almost 6 years. I had a very serious issue, and tried explaining to Vicki that  I go through the teller to cash my checks, and deposit cash in the ATM. When I told her I don't deposit my checks in the ATM, she rudely turned around her computer to show me all of my cash deposits,  accusing me of lying about making deposits through the ATM. She took no time to listen to the fact that it's cash I am depositing through the ATM, and I have years of records of checks that have not needed to be held. She then informed me that the bank manager has the power to help me with my problem. Karen, the branch manager, looked up no information or anything about my account,  and ended  up hurting my family badly. Only for a 24 hour period, but it took me emailing the customer help center, and posting a review on yelp, to get any kind of quick response. The customer service desk was able to very quickly do what Karen was unwilling to do. Do not bank here, the only quality employees  are Heather, and two other little blonde girls. Aside from them, the supervisors and branch manager are basically worthless. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!

Like usual at the bank... Line out the door, 2 people at the counter, 4 people sitting at there little desk not dealing with customers shooting the bull,  while everyone spends 25mins in line.  Really come out  guys.......  Do something

I always feel safe at GNCU, knowing my money is protected inside the branch/ when I leave. I trust GNCU with all my financial needs, from loans , credit card approval, and educational needs.  Low charges on overdrawn accounts, I have not paid a mainteneance fee. I truly have been blessed with GNCU and your family can to, just open an account.and they will work with you.
