Being new to the area I took my Dr.'s office advice and went to the Greater Texas pharmacy. Not only were they rude and unprofessional, they also had the highest prices. They greeted me with "do you need something". I did my homework before going so I would know what to expect price wise or at least I thought I did and when I questioned them on their prices  ($4700.00 for brand name and $1700 for generic Lovenox) they got indignant and didn't want to give me back my scripts. Thank God for Walgreens they accepted my WellRX card and my script was only $255.00 dollars. So do yourself a favor and just keep driving. They deserve zero stars.

If I could give them no stars I would. This pharmacy refused to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy saying that it was "doctor's orders" that they fill my prescriptions. The doctor can do a lot of things but they cannot order me to use this pharmacy. They were unprofessional, putting my pharmacy and me on hold when we called to try to straighten out the matter. They were very rude to me when I spoke to them on the phone and acted like I was stupid for wanting to transfer my prescriptions. It took nearly an hour to  finally get them agree to transfer my prescriptions. What this incident shows is that they are desperate for business. After experiencing their customer service first hand, I can see why they are desperate. I would much rather wait in line at a Walmart pharmacy than be bullied by these crazy people. I may have given them a chance in the future however, after this incident I won't ever be using this pharmacy. I will also be reporting this incident to the Board of Pharmacy.
