Did you ever talk to them by phone call? Careful! They won’t tell you their real names, thus they don’t have to be responsible for their misbehaviour!! They protect their colleague employees and mistreat customers collusively. Since there is no monitoring system through phone call, you will feel helpless to justify yourself.

The most ridiculous customer service system I have ever heard!!!
