I swear is it ALL Walgreens that hires the stupidest people on the planet? Do they have to have any qualifications to work in the pharmacy area? The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Don't walk....run.....run to a different pharmacy. If you need a band-aid you might be safe or over the counter items. This is the dumbest of dumbest people.

Had open cut exposed to flood water during after Harvey and went here for tetanus shot, Was assured covered by Medicare, however they are incapable of filing claim as "  medical necessity " so Medicare will not cover.  They say their computer changes the code when they try. Have called once a month for four months now, and they still can't get it right.  Service is great if you're a cash patient, but claims  department and customer service  is Inept.  They have some nerve offering a service and saying it's covered by insurance when they can't actually do that . They also billed  for an  Office outpatient new 20 minutes , $99.00?

wow this pharmacy is the worst, i help on the phone for over 40 min waiting to speak with someone and they kept picking up and putting me on hold right away. I will not give my business to this pharmacy again and i hope you go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or money in place where they dont attend to all their customers.

This is our family pharmacy. They do a great job generally. We have had a few hiccups over the years but all in all they do a great job.

Was just there to use the health clinic then have the prescription filled...service was very fast...staff was very friendly. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back again next time.

Every time I go to this location I wait atleast 30 to 40 minuets in the pharmacy line. I have also had issues when I check out in the front where one of the cashiers (same one every time) has no idew what she is doing I have to tell her every time that the debit machine says it is waiting for her. It’s so frustrating because we go to the pharmacy because someone is either sick or hurting (most of the time) so we don’t have 30/40 minuets to sit and wait for these people to take their time and if someone doesn’t have all the information they should be asked to move and get back in line! Think I may go back to CVS this is getting ridiculous.
