I cannot more highly recommend Karen VanDerGraaf of this agency. She is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She has gone out of her way numerous times to be helpful to me in dealing with an extremely difficult insurance claim situation. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could.

I strongly recommend the Great Florida Insurance group. I started doing business with them 2 years ago getting home owners coverage and have now added auto insurance. Kirk Simpson has been great to work with and always follows through with emails and updates to my policy. The entire staff seems to be very customer sensitive and it’s a pleasure to talk and do business with them. Thanks to all Mary O’Brien

I have been a customer since I moved to Florida, I have always received great service. Karen has been my agent since I first walked in the door. Karen has always been great and has always done everything she could to help me out. Even after moving to another county I have continued to have Karen as my agent. I will continue to have her as my agent for as long as possible. You build a fundamental relationship with your agent when you work with the same agent. When you have an agent that works hard to help you, you stay with them. Thank you Great Florida Insurance - Jackie Hogan for being an outstanding insurance agency.

Karen VanDerGraaf of Hogan Insurance Services repeatedly went above and beyond to help us with home and flood insurance. After my mother-in-law passed away, she warned us the old insurance no longer applied; found us competitive quotes for new insurance; and arranged for a rebate of the old insurance. Throughout, she has been responsive by email and phone; diligent with paperwork; and a pleasure to work with. I will use her again for future Florida insurance needs.

I was having trouble getting a classic vehicle insured that has signwriting. Karen did a great job finding me a good insurance company at a reasonable price.
