This place is a scam! Literally every month they'd come up with an excuse to jack up my rates. I moved to a nice place with what little extra money I had.... Valerie Beckett tells me rate increased $200 more a month solely because of my address change.... So when I told her she mistook it when I changed my mailing address, they won't change my address back and are now coming up with every reason why they can't change it back. If you're looking for cheap car insurance stay clear.. after six months they doe everything they can to increase your rate

If I could give one less then one star I would. I was in a bad auto accident and NOT ONE REPRESENTATIVE asked me if I was okay or how I am doing. I was paying $177 a month for minimum (I was 17 at the time so I had no idea what I was signing, but they literally wouldn't pay for anything) I am with USAA now and I pay $200 a month for full coverage with both my husband and I on the policy. Direct auto is a scam they will take your money and if you get into an accident good luck talking to your claim adjuster because I have called 20 this.week and no answer nor will anyone let me speak to a supervisor. Also they are so rude to you about everything and they raised my rates every two months
