Recently, I took my elderly mother into Greco Jewelers in Cape Coral to re-size her watch band. The people at Greco spent a considerable amount of effort to make sure her new watch fit perfectly. At the end, they let me know they weren’t charging us anything for the extra time and expertise. When I asked why, they said that they, too, had been caregivers and that they understood what it takes to care for a loved one in their 90’s. In other words, they gave me a break because they empathized with my ongoing situation. This is HUGE. It isn’t the money they saved us, though. It is about the generosity of their hearts. In today’s profit based, bottom line oriented culture, you rarely experience this kind of gesture, decency and compassion in the midst of a business transaction. It’s usually all about the money, and how quickly you can complete the purchase and move on to the next customer. Not at Greco Jewelers. And when you think about it, their selfless action to make my nearly-blind mom’s life a few degrees better by fitting her with a special watch to tell her the time speaks volumes about the kind of people they are and how they must conduct the rest of their business. Thanks Greco! You are our new jewelry store!!!

Watch Repairs - They had the best prices in the area. I called 4 other places before I found them. I took some watches that needed new batteries and one of them I was told it didn't need a new battery. That after cleaning it it started working just fine. I really appreciate that he was so honest about it! He worked fast and was attentive. I will DEFINITELY be going back! I was really happy to be able to do business with them.

If you are ever considering selling quality jewelry, Greco Jewelers is the Only place to go! Not only was I greeted as soon as I walked in but Mr. Greco stopped what he was doing to help. He was very fair and honest about getting the right price. No high pressure either, he even encouraged me to check other stores. The store is immaculately clean and inviting. Mr. Greco talks to you like a friend while he's doing the paperwork not just get the money and go. I highly recommend stopping in, there are some very unique pieces of jewelry. Thank you Mr. Greco for making my Christmas a little brighter.

Can’t say enough good about this place! They are so friendly and helpful. We had two rings repaired. Their prices are the best we found and the rings look like new again. I will send everyone I know here. Thanks for the awesome service!

Having recently moved to the Cape, I was in need of some jewelry repair. Lenny, the owner warmly greeted me and quickly handled my repair. He knows his business, has the appropriate equipment to address many issues and I highly recommend Greco.
