No repeat customer here. Straight down hill since John Micheal passed. Bought 6k engagement ring, small stones fell out on two separate occasions. Second time it was repaired, they put smaller Stone in which you could see work your naked eye. No apology. Then main stone "cracked." .Their response was it's worthless now. Never given any options as to what to do with it, or offer fair price on replacement stone. Took it to another jewler who was helpful with options as well as better value on replacement. Other jeweler also said cracked diamond could be result of pressure put on prongs from it being repaired three times. This ring was less than a year old. To bad because I've bought several things there over the years when JM ran it

The best jeweler in Cape Coral! Professional, fair and honest. I've been using John Michaels for years and would not go anywhere else.
