Complaint #5 Ongoing Police Harassment Nov 11, 2016 Last night at 11:30pm my family received a knock on the door from the police. I was not present, but a note awaited on a yellow post-it next to an orange business card saying that city chargers have been dropped, Going to State. The orange police contact card left behind is from the Greeley City Police Dept. whom has been harassing me all summer long and shirking their guilt and responsibilities by refusing to file my complaints on the grounds that, “We have no jurisdiction in Windsor.” No jurisdiction.... that was the Greeley Police Department's exact reasoning all summer long for their refusing to file any of my complaints against them, the Greeley Police Dept. I have questions and they aren't of rhetoric... 1) Why did the Greeley police show up at my home, in Windsor, when as they have repeatedly informed me they have no jurisdiction in Windsor? 2) Why did they show up at 11:30pm, after the police department's business hours with unofficial, unwritten verbal notification of changes in legal actions and affairs? 3) Why did Greeley police officer McNernerny #377, deliver this card himself to my house, outside of his jurisdiction, minus an escort by the local police, while I have complaints against him and grievances with him after he falsified facts, statements and information on Municipal Court Summons M327266, after I have subpoenaed him to appear at my trial hearing and after having been threatened by other Greeley Police Officers for doing so? 4) Why am I not receiving authentic written notification regarding legal actions and matters from the authorities whom are required by law to make such provisions? That is inappropriate behavior from the officer, his department and the Greeley Municipal Court. It is also unlawful,unethical, intimidating, and indicative of cohesion and compounds my concerns about malicious intent. I require the Case Report number of this case which has allegedly been dropped by the city and picked up by the state. I also require the Reporting Officer’s name which is missing from the orange Greeley Police Dept business card and if Officer McNerney #377 is that reporting officer than I require a new officer outside of the Greeley Police Dept be assigned to this case. 5) What is the reporting case number? 6) Who is the reporting officer? 7) When shall I receive authentic written notification of the changes and subsequent information? I want to let the GPD what an awesome job they are doing catching these people that go 50-60 on a 30 mile speed zone. GREAT JOB!!! We just moved to the east side and I can't believe how much I see this on a daily basis. Thank you!

And it’s a sweet, lucrative operation no doubt…from an insider’s perspective that is, sinister but sweet. I’ve seen the jailhouse poster, “Give us three and get off free.” That’s one hell of an effective recruitment incentive and the official employment within one of the state’s many exploitable programs; well, hell, that’s a gift that keeps on giving isn’t it, a gift to yourselves that pays year ‘round, right? Sure it is, you fit the right position to the criminal with the right disposition and skill set and then simply squeeze them; white color offenders such as Amy J. and Nicky V. are placed in clerk’s departments and into Human Services management where they’re unencumbered by justice and free to ply their craft, leeching the citizenry unfortunate enough to resort to those programs like the retched tapeworms they know themselves to be. More violent offenders, Zachary Scott Freeman and the like; a known predator and sex offender whom is allowed to run about free from leash and wrangler to do his foul, evil deeds and why? Well, I can’t say for certain because I am not he but it sure isn’t because the authorities are unaware of his activities. Detective Denise Dean attempted to solicit mouth swabs from me (June 9, 2016, over a full year after an attack in Loveland, CO) based on an anonymous tipster’s suspect naming, itself based on a sketch of the suspect for whom this detective failed to compare with any of my petty misdemeanor traffic incident-related mugshots; the result (in one way or another,) of an illegitimate “Failure to Comply with Terms.” Quite an investigation that, what without its questions or answers and well, any actual investigation. Yep, I felt disinclined to acquiesce to her request and instead made demand for a provision of her suspect sketch and with nothing more than penciled doodle and a two minute google search of the individual of similar name for whom I am constantly being misidentified and wrongfully imprisoned, I matched that sketch to a Colorado mug-shot of Zachary Scott Freeman and I’ll be goddamned if the resemblance isn’t uncanny, his checkered background renders his guilt in this attack practically indefensible… and I reckon that’s why the poor victim has been kept ignorant of this Zachary Scott Freeman, whom sh could positively identify if given the opportunity, which is why she’ll probably go to her grave unknowing of her attacker’s identity and still waiting for justice to be served. Waiting for justice to be served, just as I am.
