We wanted to get her brunette for the weekend and instead the hairstylist made her hair grey made her believe she was brunette . The salon does not go out of there way to fix the next day. They only care about getting people in the door and meeting their daily quotas of customers in and out.  The hairstylist did not want to make room the next day to fix the hair as I told her that we work from 9-5 she even stated if we arrive a minute late she would cancel the appointment. Worst customer service I’ve ever experience. I would say avoid this at all cost. Mistakes should be followed up and fixed the next day as a business owner they avoided fixing hair.  Hair is damaged and on top of that she cancelled the appointment 4 hours before the appointment she quote she feels uncomfortable fixing something that was easy as rescheduling a client and fixing a payed client. They don’t understand the principal of customer service. 

I recommend he owner  getting your employees a book called “Delivering Happiness” by tony Shae

As of canceling the appointment from 4 hours prior and damaging hair you will have to pay for your mistakes. Should not come out of pocket from the customer just because the employee does not follow the basic principal of customer appreciation. 

She also remarked about the special voucher she found that it was not covered the voucher was to get roots done payed separately to get hair dyed and paid you a nice tip. 

I am only expressing facts based on text and her replies marks her not wanting to fix the problem we did not want our money just a simple fix which she could not make the time for a payed client.

when an employee lies about facts it’s only a reflection of the mistakes you passed and not want to fix the hairstylist tried to say that the voucher did not cover the mistake 🤣
