Their drivers (car 259) do not follow the laws of the road and intentionally antagonize other drivers in traffic. With all the options these days for cab/ride share companies I would think they would do a better job.

First time to try to use service for a wheelchair van to get to a doctor's appointment. Called and made reservation on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. Because of numerous bad reviews on Google, I decided to double-check the reservation the next day, Wednesday. I called at 3 pm, no one answered the phone. I called again at 3:15 pm, nobody answered the phone. Finally called at 4 pm, spoke to someone, only to be told they had no reservation for me, but they would be happy to make a new reservation. I declined. If I had not bothered to double-check the original reservation, I would have missed my doctor's appointment and would have been charged a no-show fee.You can take your chances with this company, but with unanswered phone calls and lost reservations, I'll use a better service.

I took this cab service downtown Portland to an event instead of driving and parking when many people headed to one area. It's just easier to get dropped off early in the morning and then take the Max and bus service home leaving my car in my driveway ....and leaving the driving to somebody else was nice.

Made reservations for 2 shuttles to pick up 10 people at 4:30am. Something told me to call a few hours ahead just to make sure they were going to be on the way. They tell me at 2am that they don't show it and don't have any shuttles available.......... this is the worst place and I would never ever trust a reservation or depend on a pick-up from this place. Now I have 10 people, at the last minute, trying to get to the airport on Sunday morning at 4:30am......DON'T CALL THEM
