Had a vehicle break down unexpectedly while parked in this structure. The whole experience was made worse after the realization not a single tow truck in town could enter the structure because of its low overhead hight. That proved to be a fun day but is a whole different story. Gets 3 stars cause the parking attendant was cool enough to let me exit the structure for free after seeing that I arranged to extract my own vehicle with the aid of a friend and his pickup truck. As for the amenities, this place is in a good safe location right near the police station, has cameras and an elevator.

Park here all the time for downtown events. Love Greensboro's decisions on when to charge and when not to charge for parking!

Very confusing if you've never used it before. Handicapped reserved parking spots are on the 4th level and have poor signage. The entire deck is two one-ways to enter and exit and there are spots going in bitg directions Confused newcomers usually drive at a crawl looking for spots when they immediately enter. Levels are marked by numbers for 1 direction and letters for another. There are 2 elevators that lead to street exits on Greene St. or Washington St. Cars enter the deck below the bottom floor so keep moving up and park near the elevators closest to your destination. If your going to the court house you want the Greene St. side. If walking to Elm, you want Washington St. side.
