Fantastic experience working with this company.  Nicholas Davies came out and assessed the damage to the roof and explained the process thoroughly.  He then met with the insurance adjuster who came from out of town and met with him on the roof while discussing local code requirements.  This streamlined the process.   We then picked out the shingle color and style and scheduled a date for the work to proceed.  This was about the only thing we had to do besides write the check for the deductible.
 The crew came on a Saturday and worked very hard and efficiently.  They completed the work in one day.
The finished roof looks great.   Return visits to finish small details were handled and I was very happy with the quality job.  Nick goes above and beyond to communicate, is honest,  and cares about the local neighborhood and community.  His customer service skills are excellent.  You will not regret doing business with this company.

Working with Charles and his team was by far the most amazing pain free process we have ever had with a roofing contractor.  From the get go Charles was courteous professional and accommodating.  His team used only the best materials as their standard and didn't try to get us to upgrade anything as they were already installing the best products. Our neighbors had to pay $1000's extra for the shingles Charles team included in their original bid.  Charles attention to detail and follow up were top notch. We recommended him to many neighbors and they all have reported the same great experience.  He was so easy to work with it felt like we were old friends.

I highly recommend this company. The contact assigned to me was Nick Davies. He was thoroughly professional and took care of every single thing for me. If I had questions, I only had to call. He always made himself available and answered all questions, alleviated all concerns, made sure his roofers did everything they were supposed to do, met the insurance adjuster, obtained the permit, and was just all around great to work with. Greenpoint put a new roof on our home 3 years ago. They were very professional and did a great job. Since then, they have re-roofed 4 rental properties we own in Longmont. They helped us through the insurance process, paid attention to details, did a through and professional job in every sense. We recently had a branch come down and put a hole in the roof and Scott, the owner, assured me it would be fixed in 2 days before the rain storm, which it was. They are a great company to work with, I highly recommend them.
