Scott and his dad did a great job on my roof.  Would highly recommend this company.  They are  honest and reliable.

Scott Karraker and his crew came out to our house a few years ago in Shady Shores to replace our roof. He worked with our State Farm insurance adjuster.

Once everything was approved he began working on our house. The work was completed in a day. They cleaned up the yard completely.  They did a final work through to make sure everything was fine.

What happened next probably speaks volumes about how Scott takes care of his customers. After he had left and the crew was gone we had noticed a ridge near the chimney.

I'm sure many roofers would not like to hear a customer call about a concern after the job is done. Scott sent someone out to check it out and repair it. I think a lot of roofers would not go that far either.

We tend to stick with certain people once they have earned our trust. Scott Karraker is one of those contractors we will use again
