This company was inspecting my neighbor's roof, and came by my house to ask if I would like a free inspection. I told the lady "yes, when yall are done over there yall can come by and inspect mine as well." But, once they finished inspecting my neighbor's roof they never came back by my house. Not sure why they would go out of their way to come to my house and ask, then not even do it. I guess they aren't that worried about building up their customer base. And on top of that, the lady treated me like a child when asking about inspecting my roof. If I need roof work done in the future, I will be sure to go to a different company.

I would give a better review but this is the second job I was going to use them on and did not receive a call back to set up a estimate!? So I'll be nice and give ya'll a one! For the receptionist answering my call!

We were from the Harvey damage in Refugio TX. We signed and agreement with this company because of their ratings. But apparently it was a mistake. We have the wrong roof. The workmanship was bad. We are now fighting to get things corrected but they will not even meet with us. Looks like we may have to hire an attorney. We can't get wind  certified . I would appreciate some assistance . HELP!!!!!

In Victoria Tx, after Hurricane Harvey tore up our roof, we called King Roofing and they did everything in their power to help us and get us a new roof. Roof took maybe a day and looks great. Alex was incredibly professional and provided unmatched customer service. Highly recommend them.

Replaced our roof. Did a terrific job. Was an insurance claim and they walked us through. Thanks Larry. They cleaned up the property and it looked great. I would definitely recommend them.
