Super nice building and amazing people that work here!
Great workers. Hard working
Awful. Lots of dead end spaces in the building to take you right back to where you started.... LOST. Building design is a bust. Handicap parking and then having to access the building from Washington St. wasn't fun. Take your oxygen if you rely on it. However there was a silver lining from a visit last week. Charles M was most helpful in assisting me into the building and to security officer Shannon who directed me to the office I needed to get to. For those two I give 5 star kudos!
Customer service was great....activated new water service and was impressed with the level of service I received. Employee Toi was very knowledgeable.
The officer taking my report was friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional.
Nothing special. Just a place to conduct business. The people are somewhat nice and helpful.
Nice employees. All the time.
