Could we remove the "convenience fee" when you pay your water bill online. All bills can be paid online and with no fee at any other company. This is not just convenient for customers but also employees. Sanitary for all and employee doesn't have to do any work. I would imagine for the city, this is the preferred way for anyone to pay their bill so why charge an extra fee.
They have repeatedly made mistakes in sending our water bills both e-mail and paper and shut off our water, which has been an incredibly frustrating experience. They never fix THEIR issue in sending our bill, but have no problem driving over to shut our water off.
The staff at City Hall are always friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions I had regarding my utility account and the City of Randleman.
It was Great!!!!! Everyone was helpful an friendly an that's A Good thing
The communication is poor. Was told 8 times that I would be called back and never was. City manager is rude and doesn’t care how he talks to people.
0/5 wont pick up trash when they are supposed to
