Commercialized camping at its finest. Good place to go if you are trying to do the camping experience without the bugs or the trees or any of the profound feelings of nature that make camping what it is.

Love this campground and all the people who work here! We've been coming here several years. Our grandkids come with us and love the golf, swimming, Basketball, Tennis, putt putt golf and the arcade. The pig roasts are awesome! We like the size of the lot....plenty of room for our motorhome, truck, golf cart, bikes, a small tent as well as a big place for cooking and eating outside. The people here are all friendly from the people at the front gate to the people working in the store to the waitresses at the restaurant. I would like to see new artificial grass on the greens at the golf course. Price is good, lots of security. Thank you Greenwood Acres for making our vacation great!

To all my readers out there, please take the time to read my dissatisfaction with this place...let me explain why. First, we stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. When we called to book the tent spaces, they said they had 1 or 2 sites left out of dozens. When we got there, we were the only ones to tent camp in that area. They fed us lies. Not to mention they stuck a family of 4 right next to use when there must have been 50 open plots around. Second, the golf cart vendor there will price you $100 for the weekend. That's even if you wanted it for the day. Over priced and basic highway robbery. He will not negotiate rates or even renting for a few hours. Next, the free golf there is like hitting in a grassy field with fake greens. You can find many local courses with cheap rates that include a cart cheaper than that golf cart vendor. Lastly, they sell fire wood for $5 a bundle that is a VERY small bundle and riddled with termite holes. Way overpriced. The only thing good about the place was the price to camp. Due to the cheap camping prices, I was able to save more money when going to get my liquid necessities and food. I quite possibly will not go back here. They don't seem to care about the tent campers and they drive their golf carts under the influence at high speeds amost to the point of rolling or tipping them over. Unsafe for kids. Good luck in your search! I might recommend just camping out in your backyard instead.

Great family camping. Campground is very clean and taken care of. They have bands every Friday and Saturday. Ton's of activities going on every weekend. The only thing I wished was the pillows were open during the week.

Me and my family have been going here (seasonal) for years and we love it. It's our home away from home.
