Our first family camping trip and we picked a great place. Everyone (staff & campers) were so nice and helpful. Bathrooms were camper messy. I loved how safe we felt with 6 little ones under the age of 8, we never felt a bit of worry. Big playgrounds and clean beaches. Love the clothesline at each site to hang out towels. Wide variety of people with one common goal..to relax!!

I really enjoy this camp ground. However they should take better care of their guest. The customers that rent a camp site for the year have way too rules for the price they pay. Your guest have to pay $7 to get into the park. But they are not allowed to drive back to your campsite. They have to park up front and either walk or get picked up (super fun in the middle of a gathering to stop and have to go get a guest). You're not allowed to bring your pets on your camp site. They do not have near enough bathrooms located around the property. They really need to start trying to keep their clientele happy. They have great fishing (3 ponds), a pool or you can swim in the lake. You can tube down the river. They have a basketball court (please fix the rim, paddle boats (cost money), put put (cost money). Lots of areas for kids to run and play.

The grounds of the camp are great. We were really surprised by the size of the place. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of fishing ponds. Nice pool. Two (again very clean) beach areas. Great for bike riding or walking. That's the good, now the bad. Grab a map on your way in because there are NO SIGNS ANYWHERE. You’d think they would direct you at the gate or have signs telling you where your campsite is. Nope, just drive around until you find it. It was my first time there and I was stopped multiple times walking down the street by other first time visitors asking me if I could help them find their site. The trailer camp sites were very disappointing. They pack you in shoulder to shoulder. We couldn’t put our awning out or it would have been directly over our camp fire. Our neighbors couldn’t put theirs out or they would have hit the next trailer over. There’s nowhere to park on your site either. If you’re looking for a relaxed, quite, semi-private campsite, you’re not going to find it here. It’s almost like they fit two sites where one should have been. The same can be said about their cabins and military tent camp sites, all crammed together.

An amazing place great to bring teens and younger kids. The pool depending on when you go can be quit chilly. I have a permitted camper and have been going for about 11 years and mostly everyone is friendly and kind. There are many things to do such as paddle boats, golfing, putt putt, swimming, etc. But the put-put coarse is very poorly maintained and one hole you can't even putt at one of the holes. Some restrooms are also poorly maintained but it is super fun and I love it there.

First time camping. We came with eleven people and rented three campsites. The sites were cement so we had to set our tent up closer to the road than we would have liked. Plenty of activities for the kids. Pool was cold. Mini golf was kinda pricey and rundown. Bathrooms could've been cleaner but I blame the campers for that. The kids roamed freely and we felt it was very safe. Adults stayed up by the fire until 2am without being hounded about quiet time. All in all it was a good experience for our first camping trip.
