My order didn't arrive for the memorial service! Also, the quality of the arrangement was unsatisfactory; it contained wilted flowers. The shop made no attempt to make good on this faux pas although I was a repeat customer. Before placing the order, I called the shop and affirmed that it could be delivered in the morning the next day. The order also included the delivery date and the time of the service. Yet, I saw no arrangement when I arrived for the service. As we departed the church, however, I observed the shabby looking arrangement on a side table in the lobby. Staff from the florist claimed the order had been delivered the day prior, despite the instructions given. The recipient nor I were contacted about any changes although phone numbers were provided. If one accepts the explanation about delivery the day prior, this would justify the poor quality. The florist said the order was delivered around 7pm. I didn't place it until after 6 pm. So, the shop would have had to make and deliver the order within an hour. I do not recommend this florist, and will not do business with it again.
