Compared to the reviews that led me to Gregs I was let down. My engine light was on and was told by Gregs Garage that my truck needed it's 100,000 maintanence which we ended up paying hundreds of dollars for. Not even a week later the light came back on. When I called I was told I would have to pay an additional diagnostic fee (and) if the problem was what they worked on they would cover it if not there may be additional costs. I was very upset at why I would even have to pay a diagnostic fee when I had just paid what we did for the light to come back on that I never went back and still need to get that looked at. I would of paid the diagnostic fee in the beginning so they could of fixed what was wrong from the get go.

2009 Toyota Camry 114K miles.

Car ride and handling was very
mushy and bouncy, the front tires
were wearing out prematurely.

Made an appointment in advance. 
Doug (mechanic) and Lance (Service Adviser) took great care to accurately diagnose each issue and notify me of the costs in advance of performing the repairs.

After the repairs, the car's ride is greatly improved, noticeably more
comfortable, and handling is very responsive and nimble.

Being the second owner of the car,
I can only imagine that this is how the car performed when brand new.

I drove away with confidence having Greg's Garage warranty of
24, 000 mile/24 month on all parts
and labor.

You guys have no finish. My car was clean and garage parked and I got it back filthy. For the two grand I spent there you couldn't run it thru an 8 dollar car wash. You broke my windshield washer supply line and just left it on the shock tower. My left front tire was at 55 psi, the right at 45 with the valve cap missing. A little quality controll would help. Not happy.

We had a breakdown on I-80 and chose to get towed to Greg's Garage for repairs. They got our van right in and had it ready in a day. Unfortunately, the van died again due to a faulty alternator. Greg's Garage stood by their work and warranty, covered the towing, got us right back in, and then went above and beyond to ensure that the second alternator would keep us on the road as we resumed our vacation. While the back-to-back breakdowns were frustrating, Pat worked to quickly help solve the problems in a timely and professional manner. We are so glad that we chose Greg's Garage rather than a dealership to do the repairs. The price was reasonable and the mechanics cared about getting the job done right for my family's vehicle.
