In general a good station, free parking. However, bus schedule is terrible. I commute to New York and there is always one or two buses canceled or best case really late causing very long wait times. This is unacceptable.

Pretty decent Greyhound station. Ample seating for the average crowd. Majority of the employees I encountered seemed pleasant and willing to help.

They are not very helpful. They don't even want to answer any questions. I have traveled to the NYC and Philadelphia almost every month. Every single greyhound employees I have ever met they have high attitude. I understand that they are doing great job helping millions of customers. But they need to be do it more professional way. Greyhound is cheaper than Amtrak doesn't mean we don't deserve any professional courtesy......?

Hit-or-miss Monday mornings when scheduled buses almost consistently fail to show up, if at all, is quite frustrating to say the least. Almost as bad is the Friday afternoon departures from NYC. Addendum - you are a logistics company. How can you run a bus company that consistently fail to have buses or drivers?

Awful experience with this place!!! Waiting on my son to come home. Buses are always late, they don’t compensate you for their mistakes and let’s not mention how ridiculously expensive the prices are!! If you miss the bus, “ due to no announcement “ it’s on you!!! This station sucks!!!!
