Very old fashioned. Doesn't accept tickets on cellphone. Needs over half an hour waiting in line to get tickets. Makes several stops in different cities so usually later than the expected arrival time. However, experiences on the bus were pretty good.

This is one of the smallest greyhound stations I've ever been to. When you arrive there are signs that say you must check in at the counter and the man behind the counter tells you he must see your baggage and tag it. He wasn't rude to me like some of the other ppl stated im their reviews but I did notice he was rude to some others. They don't accept eticket via mobile and I don't understand why you need to check in if you already have your printed ticket. But I did it anyway. We got there extremely early for our bus because we weren't sure how crowded it would be. We had over a two hour wait & the man told us that the office was closing for an hour at 12 & that we'd have to find somwhere to go while he went to lunch. At 12:15 a bus arrived and was going further North but some ppl got off & were waiting for their ride to their destination so the man didn't wind up closing at 12. But by 1 he was asking the woman where here ride was because he needed to close for a half hour to go to the bank. Her ride showed up and then we ere asked to find somwhere to go. There was about 8 ppl waiting with their baggage & we had to walk in the snow covered streets for somewhere to wait until he came back. Luckily there is a D'angelos right next to the station so my daughter and I went there and bought something small just so we could wait inside until the man came back. He did return in a half hour and we were able to go back inside. The bus came about 25 minutes late and everyone tried to rush to the front. I'm glad I tracked the bus location and went to the door when i knew the bus would be arriving because all the ppl that got there after my daughter and me tried to rush to the front and there was no way I was allowing that after being the first one there and waiting so long. The bus came from Bangor & it was already full of ppl so we needed to find decent seats that were together. Luckily we found 2 towards the middle of the bus because most seats were single.

My boyfriend and I went here to drop off our friend so he could go back to Connecticut, the man at the front desk was rude and racist, my boyfriend and I went in there to use the bathroom and he was fine and then our friend that just happened to have a different skin color came in to get his ticket all settled and then the front desk guy started being really rude to us, wasnt sure what his problem was but he was older and kind of looked like george bush. Then we also saw him give the bus driver who also happened to have the same skin color as our friend a really dirty look. Also the bathrooms were gross, overall terible experience, they should really fire that guy, no customer service worker should ever be that rude! He was here today at 2:30 PM on jan 9th. We politely asked for this guy's name and he responded rudely with "I dont have to give you my name".
