Let me start by prefacing that the trolley service was worth every penny. Hired this company to provide white school bus for our Sept 2017 wedding in Maine to transport guest from venue to reception. The bus driver Frank C. did not know where he was going and drove down several narrow residential dirt roads which were unsafe for bus travel. The guest had to keep telling him proper directions. Worse off he was driving so erratically that most of guests opted to carpool with other guests back to reception because they were in fear for their safety. Some of guests stated that they thought he may have been drinking. Sadly, I didn't find this out until weeks after our wedding after asking guests how bus transportation was. Paid $740 for horrifying experience. That was just for the bus. Do NOT use this company for bus service!!!

Our entire experience with Northeast Charter & Tour Co. was awesome. We had our wedding in Harrison, ME and wanted to provide wedding guests with transportation to and from the reception location. After researching multiple options, it was clear that Northeast was the best choice. They helped strategize about the most efficient way to provide transportation in a challenging situation (rural Maine with destinations across the surrounding area), and even upgraded one of our vehicles at no cost when there was an issue with the original charter. The customer service from the organization was top notch across the board. Our drivers were more concerned with customer satisfaction and our experience that day than following some rigid timeline. They helped us have the best wedding weekend ever. We’d definitely recommend utilizing this company/service for any events.

We booked this company to transport our wedding guests to and from our wedding ceremony in August 2014. Unfortunately, we were very dissatisfied with the service provided. The driver was late, reportedly due to a lack of gas and traffic, two issues that should be anticipated when you are driving for a charter company. He then drove recklessly and didn't appear to know where he was going to our guests. They had to instruct the driver on the destination. At one point, he reportedly backed up on a major highway. Our guests felt unsafe on the shuttle we provided, and his late arrival delayed our ceremony. 
While we understand that mistakes happen, unfortunately, the company's customer service after the fact was just as terrible. Although our wedding planner contacted them immediately after the event to voice our concerns, she initially got no response. When I then contacted the company myself, I received excuses and delays for weeks.  Their staff would tell me that they were going to meet with the driver and the owner and get back to me and then not respond in the time frame that she volunteered. It's now been almost 2 months and our concerns have still not been adequately addressed. I would not recommend this company.
