I don't know why anyone thinks Concord is great. Concord is over-priced, poorly run, and stingy.  Won't print you a new copy of your ticket if you misplace the original, overhead lights do not work, Wi-Fi almost never works, and bus often runs late. Bangor service is also sparse and bus obviously cares more about its Portland customers. Only reason people take it because there is no alternative (other than greyhound).

Hands down one of the most economical ways to travel between Boston & Portland round trip. Bus drivers and staff are friendly, helpful, and have a great sense of humor. You can get a ticket to ride concord coach lines via mega bus for cheap if you order in advance, alegedly have to ride the bus for the specific time that that you bought the ticket for (if you buy through concord coach: ticket is good either direction, any time, for 1 year from purchase)

Have used them several times out of Logan.  Always on time and always clean!  Bathroom on board is a huge plus!  Can't get much better service for the money.
