Nice place, the buses (most of them are always on time but I'd like that the bus station would have free wifi while you are waiting, like the buses, but everything else was OK.

The Lady at the front counter is very nice. No wall outlets on the premises but she plugged my phone in behind the counter. The mens room is atrocious... Other than that...Better than roaming the streets.

Great service clean place to be in and seats for you to sit at while waiting for bus.

They were very helpful when my luggage was lost and helped locate it and find my childrens teddy that was lost traveling from ohio to Cali. Only bad part of trip was in Sacramento when the driver put me off the bus cause my kids were sleeping on the floor and told me i was a bad parent. She was very racist in her comment to me. The mannag we r coming on duty was very helpful and got us on a new bus
