If there was a Negative 100 stars, I wouldn't even award them that ... the customer service is for SH** with this company ... i have NEVER and I EMPHASIZE, "NEVER" encountered the level of incompetence, rudeness, belligerence, nastiness and completely nonchalant people employed in one place in my entire life ... not only did I WITNESS FIRST HAND, the way the numerous travelers were treated in unfair ways, someone ripped off my Son's suitcase in Houston and in that ONE SUITCASE, was all the memories my little boy had of his Mother that had passed away ... things that could not be replaced EVER at ANY PRICE ... over a thousand dollars worth of her jewelry, personal belongings and an XBox ... all gone and never accounted for ... after months of these incompetent baboons dragging their asses, and requiring that I submit the forms THREE TIMES, after months of awaiting their decision, they sent me a measly $250.00 (as per their limit on stolen baggage amounts listed in the contract they have us sign.) I hope, with all my being, that I NEVER EVER have to take a god damned Greyhound bus again as long as I live ... just a despicable organization that employs sub-par human beings complete with thievery, homeless, thugs, drugs being dealt out of the terminals, people being harassed for money and filthy, CR*P smelling facilities for their "Valued Customers." Worst Company in America ..

I wanted to see the parking situation so I drove downtown. A public lot across some railroad tracks but nothing else. Since the return part of my trip puts me back in Fresno at 9:35PM, this is concerning. I called Greyhound and got some "customer service" guy who barely spoke English who informed me there was merchant parking a block away. I am. NOT a merchant and I DON'T want to wander around downtown Fresno at 9:35pm when the bus gets in! And I'm not even sure I got correct information, since this "helper" barely understood English. I guess I will have to go downtown early in the day, use some of that metered parking and talk face to face with someone to find out what I need to know. This is NO BUENO!!!!!

Rude customer service asking questions and the guy just ignores and walks away as if we aren't even talking no where to be found while I need to ask a question the guy looks like he is mad no type of smile or greets us I do not recommend this place to anyone I was forced to give 1 star or else I wouldn't If he doesn't like his job maybe he shouldn't work here in sure other people would love to take his spot

Rude service, not even knowledgeable of information of what bus goes to wear or time. Poor customer service ever. Just plain sad. Oct 9 17. What happened to the great customer service??!!

The staff member was extremely rude making us wait for his break to be over. The driver was no better by being extremely rude about the rules telling us he would pull over to the side of the road (delaying) if we weren't compliant. Trips are longer than most other bus companies, and seats are not soft at all with very little leg room. Highly WOULDN"T recommend.
