This station is old and is near the BART station. Litter everywhere. Homeless there have urinated on one side. There was gunfire nearby while I was waiting (5 shots, large caliber handgun). People waiting ) with me were unconcerned. I moved to get out of the line of fire. The ticket agent was very friendly. She was a neat person to talk with and competent. She has no place to park. She does so a block a way. Police harass and ticket her if she parks even temporarily neaby for work duties.

Went on it many times so experiences have varied a great deal, sometimes 4, sometimes 3, usually a 2 and about 2 times a zero. All depends. Although I must say they do tend to get overheated, and they're are some cheaper options which are better but I must say it's saved my ass more than a couple times when no one else would take me at the last minute. So my rating varies from a 2 to a 3 and sometimes even a 4 cuz they always seem to be available. But the frequency of the unpleasant trips I will give this a 2 but not entirely sure that's fair.

All time is good but the last time is sacks.. 12hrs to San Francisco From Los Angeles and the price is expensive 85 dls a trip

Keep away if you don't want to waste your money and time! Bus was supposed to come 2 hours ago and customers are still waiting... The customer service representative is rude! Instead of apologizing she even started bullying... I threw the tkt away and left the bus station with a worst experience ever.

This company hires the retarded ! They called me to pick up some freight, and nobody was there when I arrived ! I asked a fellow sittting at the depot if anyone had been there ,and he had been there for quite awhile and did not see anyone at the front desk ! This is pretty low and incompetent !
