Not open after 5pm so I can't rate their services. However when the bus picks you up after midnight or at 4:30 in the morning it would be nice to know ahead of time that there won't be a warm place to wait for it. Traveled out of here twice in two weeks and the bus was on time or even a little early. Bus drivers were nice and efficient.

Most incompetent source of transportation. I have taken the Greyhound about 10 times now and literally have never once had a bus show up in time (6 hours being the longest delay). There is always some kind of drama going on and there is never a smooth and effortless trip.

It was cold in November of 2017 when I used Grayhound to go from Coos Bay to La Grande, Oregon. One of the draw backs was when you have no place for warmth in Ontario because its you and the elements hot or freezing cold when I traveled with Grayhound. They need Imporvents there. Beware travelers in the Winter.

The greyhound bus" station" in LG used to be at the truck stop. I realize there were problems with it being outside of town and some people walking into town on the highway, but at least the station was ostensibly open 24/7 due to its location. Now, while the new greyhound looks more like a station in appearance,it is less accomadating. The new LG office had short daily hours(Sunday-Saturday) to begin with so one often had to wait outside in the elements. This last trip, the office wasn't open on Sunday and we stood out waiting for our late bus in the cold. There was no one to communicate with when to expect our bus, to tag out luggage, or no access to public restrooms. This is very problematic. This was the first time they weren't open on a Sunday morning. I am unsure if it is a regular thing now or not,but if so, then they need to move the greyhound to a real station and just let that place be for the public La Grande transit. To reduce hours even more is simply not good for business and will cost many a customer. Don't end up like Roseburg and get rid of greyhound altogether which is where La Grande looks like it is heading...that would be tragic. LG already got rid of Amtrack. Big Mistake!

Why must anything Greyhound related suck so badly? Mind boggling.
