Greyhound’s busses are so old that IF there are outlets they don’t work. My bus didn’t have outlets and the A/C or heat must have been broken because it was 60 degrees even though it wasn’t cold outside so not many people brought sweaters. It was like hell had frozen over for the full 5.5 hour bus ride (always 1 hour late) and several people asked the bus driver to make it warmer and he made an announcement for us to be patient as a big bus takes a long time to heat but I felt cold air blowing the whole time. I wrote an email to greyhound while on the bus but greyhound actually doesn’t have a customer service email because THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT OUR FEEDBACK. I also called twice and I was kept on hold for a combined 40minutes before giving up. Don’t bother with this bus company. No wonder Peter Pan split with them. Greyhound is an embarrassment and no longer relevant.

Comedically tragic service. Bus didn't leave for 1.5 hrs after departure time. Then the bus wouldn't accept our e-tickets, with no prior warning of not accepting. Then after the 12 of us w/ e-tickets convinced them the tickets their company issued us was indeed real, we departed, driven by a Greyhound station employee who'd literally never driven a bus before. Lady couldn't find the terminal at our halfway stop. Absolutely ridiculous

I had an overall good experience. The buses were clean, and on time. Only problem was that the electrical outlets on the bus didn't work. The station was very clean, the staff was knowledgeable.

Greyhound - THE WORST!!!! On October 4, 2017 I travelled on the 2:45pm bus from Providence to Boston. There was an unbearable smell coming from the toilette. It was horrible. I almost vomitted. Plus, the bus was filthy with garbage all over the floor and seats. That bus should not have allowed to transport people. I had no choice because I needed to get to Boston. As soon as I reached South Station, I went to Customer Servie to speak to a manager and request a refund. I was told that no manager was available. A Customer Serice Agent at South Station made me file a complaint. They told me that the same day I would be contacted by the Manager, Mr. J. M. I never received a call. I was given his phone number. Left 3 messages from Oct. 4 to Oct.7, one each day, but no answer and no call back. October 6 and 7 I also tried contacting the Customer Service desk South station by phone. No luck!!. No one answered. I waited over an hour each time. Always on October 7 I tried the 800 number. Waited over an hour for someone to answer. They were answering from the Phillipines. She told me that she woulf connect me to someone who can help me out. She put me on hold for close to an hour. I could not take it anylonger and hung up. GREYHOUND GET LOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Greyhound queing and boarding system with assigned boarding groups worked well. WiFi and power outlets on the bus were functioning. Overall very happy with the experience.
