Has trains, busses and subway system. Stores, eateries and bathrooms. They have an information desk incase you need assistance. Close to many cool stores, entertainment spots, restaurants, hotels and many other attractions in Boston.

Decent bus station. They have a 24/7 McDonald's and a McCafe. It's next to the train station that has a much better foodcourt, so just eat there if you have an hour to kill.

Concord/C&J/Boston Express customer that there during the day is rude an the bus's they have are always leaving 2 to 5 minutes early an when you say something to the ticket agents during the day they tell you they never leave early an they make it seem you do not know what your talking about an imply that your stupid an act they do not care an swear at you an tell not to put words in there mouths! Now I rather deal with the guy Jamie who works for them at night! He treats you with respect an he listens! An there is a bus supervisor named Wayne he is awesome too! I dont want to say it but I wish greyhound had more bus's going to where I'm going then I would use them!

My boyfriend lives in Boston area and whenever I go to see him,we meet at South Station. I find it an interesting place to be.👍😀 Different forms of public transportation is great..Manchester NH DOESN'T have all of what MA does. Taxi cabs and city buses are it, NOT including transportation services from MA . We have no passenger rail services here.

Pretty busy place,every kind of fast food you wood want to eat, people watching, waiting for my bus or train. It's pretty exciting.
