This is not for any specific location. Just greyhound customer service and their refund system.My bus from Atmore, Al to Houston, Tx was cancelled on the 5th and I was not informed. I waited at the pick up location for almost 3 hours while being on hold for half of that time. I paid $150 for this ticket. My refund was eventually processed on the 7th after having to call again after the ticket end day. But its now the day before Thanksgiving and i still dont have my refund. These are the holidays and I could use all my money. 7 -14 business days is blasphemy. Its day 12 and thanksgiving is tomorrow. I shouldn't have to wait on my money for an error the company made. Although the actually bus rides are fine...the process of getting your money back is impossible and I hope this is corrected soon because money doesn't grow on trees and I need mine.

worst buses ever no wifi and the plugs to charge phone and bus driver is rude even if you talk to him nicely he yelled at us !!!im pissed if we are paying for a comfortable ride

By far the worst experience as far as traveling and Custumer care. I bought a ticket for a passagenger who decided not attend a few hours after the purchase. It has been over a month and I am still trying to get a refund for this ticket. They purposely make the refund so complicated from the way you have to mail the ticket to the way every customer service rep from each department tells you a different lie and makes it almost impossible for a refund. The Custumer services number has yet to pick up and I truely don’t understand how a company of this magnitude cannot have an efficient Custumer arrive staff. One thing I do know for sure Is that they lost my Bussiness and I will never partner with them for my Bussiness trips or vacation trips.
