Bus rates are way, way too high . It is crazy when you can take a train for a lot cheaper and ride in comfort a lot more. I just so wish they would have not closed and ripped up so many tracks!!! I would take a train over a bus any day!!!!

lost a bagage from Toronto , Canada, going to Springfield , IL, greyhound Toronto stated it was forwarded here in Springfield the day it was called, followed up everyday and they kept telling there’s no baggage received at all, until today ( 11th day ) after provoked by madness the counter lady came up stating they have the baggage, (what’s the reason they kept lying?) did they realized the inconvenience, hope they will not do this to other passengers

This place is a joke. The Greyhound station is located in a car rental location. If you catch a late or early bus you need to wait in a car because it is closed. The one star represents that we at least have a stop in Springfield, IL.

It's a business that doubles at a bus terminal. At night it's closed, so you wait outside in the dark.
