Well...They have come along way in most regards...They do Need to work on Improving Denver, Pueblo and Trinidad Offices. So many issues...They cancelled tickets left and right ..My son was stranded for Days because of it...Some person was stranded out there going home to Another state had a lay over there..Ended up being there for 2 weeks put on their reviews Help Me I'm stuck in Hell!!!  Other than that if you can by pass Those places They do pretty good!! I suppose it like Airports you have some good some bad ...All in all with my son's problems after Many phone calls to head quarters the problems got remedied....Always polite which helps!!!

If i could give 0 stars, I would.

I have given greyhound multiple chances because of the inexpensive tickets. I never will again. The buses are late every single time, and their staff are inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful. My boyfriend was supposed to travel to Chicago from Champaign to be with me on NYE and his bus was supposed to leave at 11:10 pm last night, however it’s now 7 am and the bus STILL HASNT LEFT. WHAT BUS IS 8+ HOURS LATE. When I called about getting a refund, the lady working was rude, inpatient, and HUNG UP ON ME. I will never recommend greyhound to anybody. Take Amtrak even if it’s more expensive because it’s more comfortable, clean and over all a much better experience than Greyhound.

I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the station was kept. Very clean bathrooms and all the workers were very nice and friendly.

Super disappointed with this service. Booked a bus a week in advance and got to the station, waited for 30 minutes only to have a lady tell us that greyhound "never found a driver" for our trip. I missed a concert I bought tickets for 4 months ago because of the faulty service. If they're going to just not show up AT LEAST LET US KNOW so we can find another way to get somewhere
