I will NEVER ride a Greyhound ever again! They did not have a bus to transfer to, in Texas, until 3 HOURS LATER! THEY WERE NOT AWARE WE DID NOT HAVE A BUS UNTIL I ASKED THEM WHERE IT WAS. THEY HAD ALL OF THE RIDERS WAIT IN A HALLWAY AND FORGOT ABOUT 25-35 PEOPLE!  THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!
