When I arrived at noon for a 1:30 bus, as instructed, the Ladies room was appalling. There were unflushed toilets with feces, the floor around the toilets was wet with urine and toilet paper was in the urine on the floor. The odor was terrible. The battery-operated soap dispensers were not working. There were wet paper towels stuck to the counter around the sinks. This was remarkable because there were no paper towels available to dry one's hands. There were only air dryers for hands. It appeared an employee had carried these towels in. They were stuck next to a big box on the counter. The box contained four industrial-sized containers of purple hand sanitizer. None of the outlets in the misnamed "Charging Station" worked and passengers were unable to charge their phones. The bus to Detroit broke down. It was hours late. The bus to Atlanta, for which I was waiting, broke down. It was so late that I missed my connecting bus in Knoxville. My final destination was a small town in Tennessee. This would have forced me to spend the night in the Knoxville terminal. Had I waited until the next bus from Cincinnati, after 9 pm, I would have spent the night on the bus. I am an older woman who was traveling alone and I did not feel safe doing either one. If I had taken the 1:30 bus the next day, I would have arrived too late for the woman for whom I was supposed to house/pet sit to pick me up. She would already have left for Chicago. At 3:30 pm, two hours after the bus should have departed, I asked for a refund and left. Had I known about the complete unreliability of Greyhound, I would have left the previous day. The lady who was relying on me had to scramble for a house/pet sitter and I was devastated that I would not be taking my first vacation in 20 years.

I have spent way too much time here. If you have to spend a lot of time here, make sure to bring a well-charged electronic device, a warm coat and maybe a pillow for your bum. There's not that much seating. The station isn't well heated. And there aren't enough charging points. The tuck shop is okay and the staff at the ticket counter are very very helpful (more than can be said about any other greyhound staff).

I like the layout of this the best of any stop I was in from Indianapolis to Atlanta. It's organized, clean, I thought they had the best parking & lighting outside.

Wonderful experience. Ride was nice, bus was comfortable with WiFi. First time riding a Greyhound bus in over 35 years. Station was clean.

wherever you want to go greyhound serves you to that place but sadest part is that it is never arrives or departs at the scheduled time, it’s always late... expect delays regularly
