Greyhound is undeniably the worst travel experience ever. Uncomfortable and smells like piss on every bus. They advertise the wifi and outlets like it's flawless. Staff is rude and it's so obvious they hate their jobs. All that energy just makes my experience even more terrible. I'm never riding greyhound again unless i can reach my destination in 2 hrs or less

I just wanna start by saying I have been a long time greyhound services user but after my experiences with greyhound today I will never use their services again I purchased a ticket online traveling from Athens Ohio to Raleigh NC an should've known from the start this was not gonna be a good experience because of the simple fact that this one way ticket for one person cost the same amount as two tickets I purchased 6 months ago clear from florida to Ohio and this is no exaggeration this ticket price was 151 and two tickets from Florida to Ohio cost 160 tickets were purchased same times one day before the departure date so how the price jump is so drastic ill never know it's not like the cost of fuel has went up that much since then to now! Secondly when I call today to find out if I have any options the first person I spoke was just beating around the question and not getting me anywhere so I asked to speak to a supervisor and this lady was just rude interrupting me cutting me off an just all around a very poor exscuse for a customer service supervisor!!!! So I was told I purchased a non refundable ticket which is fine I understand this but I wasn't even able to explain to this lady that when I purchased the ticket I did have two ticket options but one of the two was grey instead of black and seemed to be unavailable to me so since I wasn't even given an option to pick my type of ticket now I'm just out my money and greyhound now just gets my money and me nothing in return and the thing about the whole issue I wasn't just trying to get my money back I was even trying to just possibly get a voucher to be used at a later date but as I previously stated the supervisor wouldn't even let me get a word in and kept cutting me off and interrupting be being flat out rude so for all of you considering greyhound tickets I say just fly it's not much difference in ticket price and will not take nearly as long I hope this is helpful to some people and let's them avoid having to deal with the rudeness an poor excuse for customer service supervisor so be careful people!!!!
