It was very difficult finding the place because of the traffic but it is very clean and a lot bigger than thee previous location. Customer service could have been better but overall it wasn’t a bad experience.

I was stuck on the bus on the side of the road for 9 hours and was not even offered a meal ticket. The customer service was awful. The only reason we even got out of the ice was because the passengers went out and tried to move it. The driver did a good job on the road provided what the conditions were but the company as a whole was absolutely dissapointing.

I mean. It’s a greyhound bus stop in downtown Fayetteville. What do you expect. They’re pretty good though, they answered my questions, and they did a pretty good job of helping me. Not bad

Had a great ride until I got to Atlanta,  Georgia.  The bus broke down,  other than that,  great bus drivers, and very peaceful ride
