Helpful employees. Be sure to get day pass(es). Bus schedules change at night and on weekends. Not all buses pick up/drop off at the station itself so you may need to walk a block or two depending on which bus you need. Construction has ended but please be careful.

Clean facility, great service by knowledgeable staff, and some of the best bus drivers in the state!! I love taking the bus every opportunity I can. I use the app to make sure my bus is on time. The air conditioning is cold and the ride is smooth. Wi-Fi is available on most buses so I can work and ride.

I do not usually use public transportation but I have rode in enough cities to know how the process can be. With that said, I have used Raleigh's bus system twice. Once about 5-6 years ago and now most recently while my vehicle is at the mechanic. Both instances have been equally horrible. I see the 'upgraded' Moore Station which makes it look a little more decent but that is about all that I can say that is positive. First, in my opinion a bus service on a route should get to their stops at around the same time, I'll give a 10 min buffer for good faith. Even with that, I have missed two different buses on account of them coming too early/late. That I can deal with and adjust to, the worst is the lack of organization at Moore Square. There is still no designated place for a bus to be besides unlabeled 'platforms', the buses don't always come to the correct platform, the drivers don't change their route display accordingly, and you may have to wait 45 minutes for your bus to get there. For example, I arrived to the station at around 4:20-4:25 on the 2 route; according to Google Maps, the bus departure display menu in the station, and their app, their 11 route bus was supposed to depart around 4:45. I didn't leave that station until 5:20-5:25. No explanation, announcement, apology anything. Like I mentioned in the beginning, I have been on several city's bus systems and none compare to the inneficiency of the Go Raleigh system. Do not expect to get to your location on time if you use this system, they are almost as bad as Greyhound. Uber or Lyft or even walk instead. You've been warned.
