The employees seem like they are always mad at you and it doesn't make the trip and easier especially if you're traveling for work. 4 stars because my bus driver was an awesome person who was funny polite and professional. Not to mention we got everywhere a little early which was awesome. Let's step up the customer service at the station and everything will be great.

The station in Flagstaff is small but well-kept, and the employee we dealt with was helpful and courtious. There is only a small selection of food available but it looked fresh.

Occasionally criminals with outstanding arrest warrants are removed from grey hound bus services. If you are believe in punitive measures leaving the acussed on a greyhound bus would be a greater punishment than sending them to prison

well for one they forgot to close the cargo door on departure and we barely got the drivers attention in time also the wifi on the bus sucks the only thing u can access really is facebook messenger app hopefully none of my things arent ruined in the cargo area >:(
