Amtrak, would get a 5 but damn their trains are never one time. Just once it would be nice to get to where I need to be on time. The trains are getting a little run down. The station itself is nice, very clean. The employees are helpful and friendly. If your short of cash and need to get somewhere this is the way to go.

I took a couple here during their wedding to capture some video. Per the couple's request and almost on cue a train shows up it was amazing. The staff was awesome and let me capture what I needed for the couple. Thank you to the staff for letting me do that. Someday I look forward to actually using their services.

Horrible, chubby balding man at the desk was not pleasant at all, refused my bag that i mistakenly took the wrong info on google which when you do a google search for 'amtrak luggage policy' only states the weights, not the sizes. I had one bag slightly oversize despite flying into japan for 2 years he suggested I fed ex a 50 lb bag to myself in LA. where im not even staying, in my haste the day ended well. but I need to buy another bag asap and concerned I will simply have to toss my personal belongings to a streetcorner if I cant in time. oh and i had my wife, baby and grandpa helping one of the operators catcalled us "the lady better not set one foot on the train". Thanks amtrak for the added stress to my already stressful change to life, career, away from my baby girl and wife

Classic Flagstaff location, see a bit of History and maybe even get on a train. The staff in here are super helpful and friendly
