I like most of the drivers, but lately they have been very complacent about having passengers obey the rules.  Seen multiple people drinking alcohol, using the wrong kind of cups, and swearing like a sailor all within sight and earshot of the drivers.  Multiple routes multiple times.  I personally like the peaceful ride that the rules guarantee us as passengers.  The drivers however seem to only be driving for the job and providing limited service for the passenger.  Please make drivers aware that letting a person break rules and even laws once in a while unconsciously gives permission for others to do the same.

Full of cronyism. No point in applying for an office job unless you already have relatives or friends working here. On the other hand, drivers are underpaid and overworked. A place that does its best to put a shiny facade onto mismanagement of public funds.
