The Greyhound station needed to be cleaned up, the place smelled pretty bad. It was filthy and the women's restroom was even worse. There were clothes spilling out of the trash cans. People laying on the floor, taking up as many as 4 seats laying down. The seats were metal so they we're hard, they had no cushion. The desk attendants weren't helpful, friendly, but not helpful. I heard them call my destination but it wasn't clear, so I asked again and they told me to stand in line, but it was the wrong line they directed me to. A man heard me ask the attendant what line I was supposed to be in helped me to the correct line. They need loud speakers so the passengers can properly hear their destination. They do have a restaurant with limited options , they sell socks and other personal items.

We had a great driver from Mobile AL to Columbus GA. He saw I was traveling alone with a toddler and was very helpful. I was on another company's bus for my return trip and the driver was very rude.  I know that Greyhound does have a lot of stop and take longer but I prefer excellent customer service over a quick trip.

Their service sucks, there is alot of catfish going on when it comes to the schedule ride you purchased to the real actual time you get there. You better plan a day ahead of when you normally want to arrive and give yourself a one day cushion getting back.

Dirty bathrooms all three terminal. I really think that the people they hire could be somewhat more personable. Very unfriendly people

Very helpful staff, clean facilities. Lots of vagrants and panhandlers outside. That the City's responsibility, which they don't deal with.
