Have a Problem contacting the Transit, Operation or Personal too Answer Questions And To Often there is.No Operator or Anyone Else to Contact. I also have a Problem with the Moto Bus That Only Goes Around Every;20min Especially On Monday,Due Too the Fact it's Used To Take People to the Court House, From The Civic Center, Which Is only one or two blocks From That location and Having to Wait Two Hours Or More While They Shuttle To The Court House, This Is a misuse of the Transit System And I Consider an Abuse Since The System is  Federal Funded !

I have never experienced a bus service so horrendous!! The air was not working , and the bus driver was ready to come to blows with a passenger. It is 100 degrees outside, and 120 degrees inside the bus!! 
The seats are broken, the bus is a health hazard to people suffering from high blood pressure, or other medical problems.
The wave will be held accountable for damages to human beings that the lack of service to the wave are causing. Does the wave have a garage that repair the buses?

The bus is nasty, and very unsanitary. Most of the drivers are unfriendly, and do not seem to want to even be driving for The Wave. This has been the worse bus ride on the wave I have EVER experienced!!!

The service of the drives are horrible not all but most. They speed ridiculously and they don't stop and if you're trying to get information about the schedule or the route they will not answer you. The  buses smell horrible and the ticket machine does work properly. I appreciate the service of having the buses. But it doesn't have to be so poorly maintained.
